JOUBe is an electro-music project that uses a bicycle as both a means of locomotion and a musical instrument. The sounds JOUBe records during his travels (from the glaciers of Greenland to the cows of the Jura) cradle the dancefloor in a concrete, poetic way. As for the bike, a bass string is attached to the frame, the steel spokes and tubes are soundproofed, and the saddle is transformed into a midi controller, giving it the look of a two-wheeled electro set-up. His smooth, powerful vocals take you through a singular universe that excites both calves and spirits.
