Kowari

KOWARI is the project of violinist Damien Chierici (Dan San, Yew) and pianist Louan Kempenaers (Piano Club, Aucklane where he plays bass).

Coming from the Belgian pop rock scene, the two musicians first collaborated on a movie soundtrack before deciding to found KOWARI together: an instrumental project with a cinematic universe and electronic influences.

Relying on their classical training in their compositions, they decided to develop their music in an electronic universe. Their influences range from Max Richter and Philip Glass to Nils Frahm and Rone
