All participants in the festival (hereinafter referred to as festival goers) expressly acknowledge that, prior to the finalization of the purchase of their ticket, they have read and accepted the present Sale Terms and Conditions.
The ticket price includes access to the festival official venues while the programme is running.
The only way to buy a valid ticket is through the official Fifty Lab ticket shop: fiftylab.eu/tickets. Only our official sponsors have the right to organize contests where tickets are given for free.
Our prices are those indicated on our official ticket office (fiftylab.eu/tickets). These rates are always communicated in Euros, VAT, taxes, service charges included.
All reserved tickets will be sent electronically to the email address indicated at the time of booking. This means that you will receive a PDF file via email.
The reservation is final as soon as the payment is made. The purchase is then definitive and your festival tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
As a buyer, you are asked to check precisely the content of the e-mail received after you placed your order, as well as the correct reception of your tickets (PDF files). In the event that we have performed our service imperfectly, you, as purchaser, have seven (7) days to notify us. For this, it is always necessary to communicate by writing and with a coherent explanation to us through hello@fiftylab.eu. If your complaint is declared admissible, we will of course correct our errors. If you do not submit your complaint within the prescribed period, your rights of complaint will be annulled.
As a buyer, you are asked to look at the measures implemented by the different venues in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic before purchasing your ticket.
The Consumer’s Right of Retraction is not applicable, since the service sold is a leisure activity and is carried out directly. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you declare as a consumer that you no longer have the right of withdrawal once Fifty Lab has performed the requested service.
Your tickets do not give access to a reserved place on the festival site.
Any counterfeiting of the ticket will give rise to criminal measures.
No tickets will be refunded or replaced.
Only the first person presenting himself/herself/themselves with the original festival tickets will have access to the event. This person must be able to prove that his or her identity is the same as the one indicated on the ticket. It is therefore essential to ensure that no one can copy your festival ticket.
Changes to the artistic line up do not result in a partial nor a full refund of the festival ticket. In case of force majeure, the responsibility of the organizer will not be engaged.
By purchasing a festival ticket, you as a visitor expressly agree to be bound by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any failure to comply with these regulations will be sanctioned. Fifty Lab reserves the right to refuse access to one of the festival venues to any individual, if there are sufficient reasons to do so. You are solely responsible for any breach of payment by you. You are also required to indemnify Fifty Lab against all possible consequences of your breach, including third party claims. We also retain the right to take the necessary legal measures.
